Keep it local this Thursday with one of our favorite parties: My Chiffon is Wet. Organized by the adorable Leo Gugu, Paisley Dalton and everyone’s favorite party mother Gerry Visco (pictured). We’re told they’ll be celebrating the LGBR community (Lady Gaga, Beyoncé & Rihanna). I’ll march for those bitches anyday, except Gaga, ewwwww. This time of year is always a bit slow. But lots of us have time off work, so as we suggested in Wednesday’s post, you might as well just go for it. And there’s no better place to ‘go for it’ than Eastern Bloc, especially with this crowd around you. Fuck what your family thinks. Gerry probably looks a little like your mother (minus the pink hair) and she wants you to get loose and totally lose your shit. She’ll probably even take a photo of you doing it.  —tom
